Metro Parent hosts its 23rd annual Education Expo on Sunday, September 30, 2018, at the Cranbrook Institute of Science in Bloomfield Hills. The event takes place from noon until 3:30 p.m. Discover the best local schools and boarding schools, enrichment, tutoring and extracurricular programs, financial planners, children’s health and safety experts, children’s advocacy groups and much more!

New this year: EdTalks, a series of discussions on subjects from homework to the balance between extracurricular activities and academics. EdTalks will also feature a panel discussion about the state of education in Michigan. There also will be a Town Hall meeting facilitated by the Center for Michigan, a “think-and-do tank” that aims to educate, engage and inform Michigan residents about policy and issues statewide, including education.

Attendance is free and will include box lunches, courtesy of Nino Salvaggio, for the first 1000 pre-registered guests. Lunches will not be available to walk-ins or to those who do not reserve them in advance.
