  • Hello Huda School Families!

    Choose a class below to begin registration. AccelerateKID® teaches quality tech education with 21st century skills for young students. Our mission is to create future creators using our unique STEAM.org Accredited program. Classes are 6 weeks and enroll one child. You must pay in full prior to class start date to reserve your seat. The first 15 students will be accepted for enrollment and the rest will be placed on a wait list. There will be no refund once class begins. No experience needed.

  • 3D Modeling Print Design | Gr 3-5th | Mondays | 4:05PM – 5:05PM | 15 Kids Max | $299 Per Student (Huda Lower School)

    The purpose of the AccelerateKID® Comic Book Creator is to design a personal Comic Book Project. The goal is to learn the key phases of how to create a compelling comic book for fans. Every student will design their personal comic book and present their build at the end of the week! No knowledge of Comic Creation is required. (Returning students will have a more challenging project!)

  • Scratch Coding Game Design | Gr 3-5th | Mondays | 4:05PM – 5:05PM | 15 Kids Max | $299 Per Student (Huda Lower School)

    The purpose of the AccelerateKID® Scratch class is to learn the MIT block-based programming language to design and code a game of their own. Students will understand the basic coding theory, know the toolbox and features of the system, and build a their own maze game. Every student will storyboard and present their game. The classes will educate kids about computer science. The after school class meets 1-day/week onsite in the computer lab. Students do not need to have coding experience. (Returning students will have a more challenging project!)

  • 3D Modeling Print Design | Gr 6-10th | 4/16-5/21/24 | Tuesdays | 3:45PM – 4:45PM | 15 Kids Max | $299 Per Student (Huda Upper School)

    The purpose of the AccelerateKID® 3D Printing Design is to create models using TinkerCAD to understand 3D printing and 3D modeling. Students will apply creative design, critical thinking, team work and presentation skills. All students will build and print out at least a 3D model keychain and possibly, it time permits, a two-part model. No knowledge of 3D printing is required. The first 15 students will be accepted for enrollment and the rest will be placed on a wait list. There will be no refund once class begins.

  • Robotics Code & Build | Gr 6-10th | 4/18-4/23 | Thursdays | 3:45PM – 4:45PM | 15 Kids Max | $299 Per Student (Huda Upper School)

    The purpose of the AccelerateKID® Robotics is for students to use the LEGO EV3 robots to build and program. Students will learn problem solving, complete challenges, apply S.T.E.A.M. (Science. Technology. Engineering. Arts. Math.) education to projects, and work in a team environment. Robotics has become one of the most popular technology used in global competition. No knowledge of Robotics is required. The first 15 students will be accepted for enrollment and the rest will be placed on a wait list. There will be no refund once class begins.
